A great selection of excellent food at breakfast time. Triple room with a view of the matterhorn. Stunning location, near a main station.

It was airy, new-fashioned and with terrace.

The breakfast space featured a cozy design that complemented the ambiance. Our stay in the double room offered commendable amenities that contributed to the overall comfort.

Heating issues made it necessary to fiddle with the thermostat throughout the night, which could get a bit annoying. The bathroom being downstairs from the sleeping area presented a minor inconvenience, especially for late-night trips. The lack of clear signage leading to our accommodations caused some confusion upon arrival.

Particularly good and stunning location, only 10 minutes walk from the center. Walk from a train station for easy access. Affable staff and very good breakfasts with hot dishes, yoghurts and croissants.

Absolutely amazing place with lovely and great staff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed it. The location was great and awesome, short walk to one of the lifts in Zermatt, the the restaurant and the main attractions, in an amazing area. We had lunch in Sonne, located nearby.

Loved the massive triple room and the amazing breakfast! The wellness facilities were a great way to unwind. Just a heads-up, the shower drainage was a bit slow. a fantastic stay! 😊

The location was perfect, not too far from Denner Partner. There were a market and a convenience store around the hotel.

My large triple room had an very nice amount of space. I loved the wellness center access, especially the onsen and stylish indoor pool, which elevated my experience. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, with a wide range of options, including fresh fruits and even champagne for mimosas!

The spaciousness of the large triple room provided a comfortable retreat, complemented by an excellent, modern bathroom. Enjoyed the daily room service and the dynamic games room. The breakfast was excellent, with homemade organic products that were a good start to each day.

Relaxing stay with comfy vibes

The triple room was super spacious, and I loved the comfy beds. The breakfast included fresh fruit and pancakes every morning-perfect way to start the day! One thing, though, the heating wasn't quite enough at night, so I needed an extra blanket. A chill spot to unwind after a day out exploring.

I enjoyed my time at the wellness area. The access to the spa facilities was a great feature and provided a good way to unwind after a day of cycling. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options that suited my needs, especially the selection of cheeses. Being single and from Manchester, I appreciated the relaxing environment before heading out to explore the area.

Just an ideal choice for a walk in evening in Zermatt with reasonable value. The breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruits that energized my mornings. Bring extra layers for the cooler nights.
